The properties were originally constructed in 1989 and are serviced by a number of main electrical supplies for tenants and landlords situated mainly in the basement car park.
Our services were retained by the sites Building Services Management Consultants as long standing partners to investigate the benefits of the EnergyAce energy saving system.
The project was designed to deliver maximum long term savings and reduce the impact of penalties on electricity bills while reducing carbon emissions to meet legislation.
The EnergyAce energy saving system was introduced, it created a whole site energy saving, removed penalties from the electricity bills and reduced carbon emissions.
Installation was non obtrusive during normal working hours and without the need for any major changes in infrastructure.
Payback was achieved in just over within two years although a reduction in maintenance costs and the protection of all electrical appliances, plant and machinery will improve the real payback considerably.
