We engaged with Glenroyd nursing home to reduce energy costs and reduce the maximum demand as the site was electrically overloaded at times due to recent expansion activities.
The supply entering the site was surveyed and the energy usage analysed to identify the most cost effective way to reduce energy consumption and demand with minimal disruption or change to infrastructure.
The EnergyAce energy saving system was installed to return an energy saving of 14.25% and a payback of just over one year.
